CISV Austin/San Antonio was founded in 2015 to engage the youth of Central Texas to further their skills as responsible active global citizens and make a difference in our community and world. We believe peace is possible through a mutual understanding of each other.
CISV ATXSA offers up to eight international programs starting at age 11 and our chapter also has a variety of local programs, including:
- Mosaic programs bring together non-native speaking English learners with our native English youth
- Junior Branch (JB) volunteer activities and an annual JB National Service Project
- Western Regional Mini-Camp (held over Labor Day weekend in a variety of cities in the western region of the US)
- National Mini-camp (held over Memorial Day weekend)
- Local mini-camps
CISV Austin/San Antonio is one of 25+ CISV chapters in the US and one of 200 chapters around the world.

Volunteer Committees
If you are interested in signing up to participate in a committee, please contact Crystal Cotti for more information. There is ample opportunity for all members to participate in the chapter!
This is a great way to find something to work towards the required participation hours that each family needs to spend in support of our chapter. Because we are completely volunteer-led, we rely on all of our families to contribute time, effort, or financial support to enable our chapter to participate in our programs and activities.
